Getting Your Gear to You

However far out you are, we'll get your gear to your door. Here's how it works.

Within New Zealand

Shipping Timeframes

  • We pack and dispatch your order within 2–3 business days.
  • Once it's out the door, expect 1–2 days for delivery; rural addresses add another 2–3 days (often it turns up quicker than that).
  • All timeframes are business days, Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

  • Delivery takes approx. 10–12 working days, including handling time.
  • Untraceable once the parcel leaves New Zealand (standard shipping).
  • Import taxes, duties, GST, or VAT are the buyer's responsibility on arrival.

Tracking

Once your order's dispatched, we'll flick you an email with a tracking link so you know exactly where it's at.

Good to Know

  • We can't deliver to PO Boxes, so we'll need a physical address to get your gear to you.
  • We don't currently offer Express International Courier.
  • Returns and exchanges can't be processed until the item's back with us in New Zealand, and return postage is on the buyer.
