Sending Something Back

Not quite right? No dramas. Here's how returns, exchanges and faulty items work.

Return Eligibility

  • You've got 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@huntechoutdoors.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address along with any instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and send it back.
  4. Once it arrives back with us, we'll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Within New Zealand

  • Return postage within NZ is at the customer's cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size or colour is sold out, we'll refund you instead.

International Returns

  • The item must arrive back in New Zealand before a return can be processed.
  • Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Any import duties, taxes or customs charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

International returns can take longer to process due to transit time. Factor this in if you need an exchange for a specific date.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something's arrived faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, get in touch straight away. We'll sort it and cover the cost of return shipping.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Items without original tags attached.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
