Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter of this competition is Global Velocity Group Ltd, trading as Huntech ("Huntech" or "the Promoter").

1.2. The Promoter's address is 22 Hounsell Road, Burbush, Hamilton 3288, New Zealand.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The competition opens at 4:30pm NZDT on Thursday 15 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday 15 November 2026 ("Competition Period").

2.2. All entries and qualifying purchases for additional entries must be completed during the Competition Period.

2.3. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

2.4. All dates and times stated in these Terms & Conditions refer to New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT).

3. Eligibility

3.1. The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3.2. Employees of Global Velocity Group Ltd, its associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3.3. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting their entry.

3.4. Only one free entry per eligible person is permitted. Duplicate entries submitted using different email addresses or personal details will not be accepted.

3.5. Existing Huntech customers and email subscribers are eligible to enter, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official Huntech October Giveaway entry form at huntechoutdoors.com during the Competition Period.

4.2. Each eligible participant who successfully submits a valid entry form will receive one entry into the prize draw.

4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition or be eligible to win.

4.4. Only one entry form submission per person will be accepted. Multiple submissions will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

4.5. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or submitted using false information may be disqualified.

5. Want Another Entry?

5.1. Entrants can receive one additional entry into the prize draw by making any qualifying purchase at huntechoutdoors.com between 4:30pm NZDT on 15 October 2026 and 11:59pm NZDT on 15 November 2026.

5.2. There is no minimum spend required to qualify for the additional entry.

5.3. To receive the additional entry, the email address used at checkout must match the email address provided when entering the competition.

5.4. Any eligible purchase made during the Competition Period will qualify for one additional entry, regardless of whether the purchase is made before or after completing the giveaway entry form, provided a valid giveaway entry is also submitted during the Competition Period.

5.5. A maximum of one additional entry will be awarded per person, regardless of the number or value of purchases made.

5.6. Purchases must be made at the normal advertised selling price, with no additional charge imposed for participation in the giveaway.

5.7. Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders will not qualify for an additional entry.

5.8. Additional entries will be allocated following verification of eligible purchases.

5.9. A maximum of two entries per person is permitted:

• One entry for completing the official giveaway entry form.

• One additional entry for making a qualifying purchase during the Competition Period.

5.10. Making a purchase is entirely optional. Entrants who do not make a purchase will retain their original entry into the draw and remain eligible to win.

6. Prize

6.1. One winner will receive a Huntech Hunter's Prize Pack with a total recommended retail value of between $998.92 and $1,003.92 NZD, including GST, depending on the selected Men's Butcher's Coat colour.

6.2. The prize pack comprises the following products:

6.3. All prize values are stated in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

6.4. The winner may select a Men's or Women's Tutoko Jacket and their preferred Kakariki or Military Green colour for the Men's Butcher's Coat, subject to availability. The winner will receive one Tutoko Jacket and one Butcher's Coat.

6.5. The recommended retail value of the Men's Butcher's Coat varies by colour, with one option valued at $179.99 and the other at $184.99. The total prize value will reflect the colour selected by the winner.

6.6. All clothing sizes, styles and colours are subject to stock availability at the time of prize fulfilment. Huntech cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes, styles or colours.

6.7. If the winner's preferred size, style or colour is unavailable, Huntech may offer an alternative available option or a comparable replacement product of equal or greater recommended retail value.

6.8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or store credit, except where required by law.

6.9. Huntech will arrange delivery of the prize pack to one valid New Zealand delivery address at no cost to the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

7.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, including any verified additional entries.

7.2. Each valid entry will have an equal individual chance of selection. Entrants who have earned two entries will have two chances in the draw, while entrants with one entry will have one chance.

7.3. The winner will be drawn and notified by Monday 30 November 2026.

7.4. The draw will take place in New Zealand.

7.5. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the competition. Huntech may also contact the winner using their phone number, where provided, if they do not respond to the initial email.

7.6. The winner must respond within seven working days of the initial notification email and provide their preferred clothing sizes, applicable colour or style selections, and a valid New Zealand delivery address.

7.7. If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, Huntech may withdraw the prize from that entrant and conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner.

7.8. The same notification and response process will apply to any replacement winner.

7.9. Huntech's decisions regarding the administration of the competition and selection of the winner are final, subject to any applicable rights under New Zealand law.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

8.1. By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that Huntech will collect and use their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying entries, identifying and contacting the winner, and arranging prize delivery.

8.2. Personal information collected may include an entrant's name, email address, phone number, location and other information requested through the entry form.

8.3. Huntech may match competition entry information with Shopify order records to verify eligibility for an additional entry.

8.4. Where entrants have provided consent to receive marketing communications, Huntech may send promotional emails, product updates, special offers and other marketing communications.

8.5. Consent to receive ongoing marketing communications is separate from participation in the competition. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent without forfeiting an otherwise valid competition entry.

8.6. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications.

8.7. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Huntech's Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

8.8. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@huntechoutdoors.com.

9. General Conditions

9.1. Huntech reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of entrants and the validity of entries, including qualifying purchases.

9.2. Huntech may disqualify any entrant who provides false information, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, attempts to manipulate the entry process, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

9.3. Huntech is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.

9.4. If circumstances beyond Huntech's reasonable control prevent the competition from being conducted as planned, Huntech may take reasonable steps to address those circumstances, subject to applicable law and the rights of entrants. Any necessary changes will be communicated transparently.

9.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.

9.6. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

9.7. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
