HUNTECH Gaiter’s have stood the test of time and what you see here is the exact Gaiter that made us so famous over the years. Our construction / components and fabrics are the same because you won’t let us change them. The outer layer is made from a rock solid 400gsm thick fleece that has been finished with the flattest possible finishing pile and topped off with a DWR coating to help repel water. The inner layer is 350gsm tightly constructed cotton canvas that offers all of the support and stiffness to the Gaiter. They will not slip down and they offer superior abrasion and puncture resistance against potential sharp objects and dare I say it, snakes. The cotton canvas also has a DWR coating on both sides of the fabric for water repellency between the two layers. The secure lace hook guarantees your Gaiter will not slide up and the added side woven loops add an extra tie point to lace under the heel of your boots. For optimum fitting your Gaiter should be snug to your leg. Hook the lace hook around one of the lowest laces in your boots. Zip the ultra grunty YKK zip closed and secure all the domes, then feed the top compression strap through the buckle and cinch tight.
