Within New Zealand: Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days with delivery expected in the same timeframe. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

Orders under $150 in New Zealand are calculated at check out
FREE shipping on orders over $150+ in New Zealand

International Air Post (For orders shipped outside New Zealand):

Prices vary depending on destination, visible at checkout
Delivery time: 10-12 working days approx (including handling time)
Parcels sent via standard international shipping are untraceable once they leave New Zealand
We use NZ Post for international shipping

NOTE: Import taxes/duties/GST/VAT are the buyer's responsibility upon entry into the destination country.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges will not be processed until product is received back to New Zealand, and the return post is the responsibility of the buyer.
