Shipping Timeframes:

  • We pack and dispatch your order within 2–3 working days.
  • Once it's out the door, expect 1–2 days for delivery, please note that rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 working days.
  • All timeframes are business days, Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays

International

We use NZ Post for international orders, here's where we ship and what to expect:

Prices vary by destination — calculated at checkout.

Delivery takes approx. 10–12 working days, including handling time.

Untraceable once the parcel leaves New Zealand (standard shipping).

 Import taxes, duties, GST, or VAT are the buyer's responsibility on arrival.

 

 

Tracking

Once your order's dispatched, we'll flick you an email with a tracking link so you know exactly where it's at.

Good to Know

  • We can't deliver to PO Boxes, we'll need a physical address to get your gear to you.
  • We don't currently offer Express International Courier.
  • Returns and exchanges can't be processed until the item's back with us in New Zealand, and return postage is on the buyer.
  • Australian customers can now shop at huntechoutdoors.com.au for AU rates and delivery times.
