Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Hutech ROAR24 Social Media Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition“) is open to individuals who are at least 16 years of age at the time of entry and are residents of New Zealand. Employees of Huntech, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition. 
2. Entry Period: The Competition begins on March 18th and ends on April 25th. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. 
3. How to Enter:

• Participants must follow @huntechoutdoors on Instagram and Facebook.  
• Participants must submit a photo fitting one of the three categories: ‘Glory’, ‘Grit’, and ‘Game’. Where people are photographed, those people must be shown wearing Huntech gear. 
• Participants must fill out the entry form on the Huntech’s website, providing their name, surname, email address, and uploading their photo. They must also indicate the category their photo falls into. 

4. Selection of Winners:

• Three finalists from each category will be selected by a panel of Huntech staff, and the winners will be selected from a social media poll. 
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall quality. 

5. Prizes:

• There will be one (1) grand prize winner selected from each category: ‘Glory’, ‘Grit’, and ‘Game’. 
• Each grand prize winner will receive a Huntech Tutoko Jacket, Nucleus Long Sleeve Thermal Top and Bottom and a $500 Hunting & Fishing voucher. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. 

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period. 
• Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

7. Publicity:

• By participating in the Competition, participants grant Huntech the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted photos for promotional purposes without further compensation and in perpetuity. 

8. General Conditions:

• Huntech reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 
• Huntech reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Huntech’s reasonable control. 
• By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Huntech and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 

9. Governing Law:

• The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
